Home Visiting Service
MBPCC operates a Home Visiting Service in selected PCN areas, allowing practices to spend less time driving between patients’ homes and more time delivering care in practice.
Contact usOur highly trained home visiting paramedics work closely with patients’ registered GP practices to deliver care at home and support patients through each stage of their care.
Our highly trained team of dedicated home visiting paramedics are experts at closing episodes of care in partnership with the Patient’s “home” practice.
The team are booked by our practices to do visits; they visit and treat patients from 10am till 6pm, 5 days a week.
The service is popular with patients who get better access to home visits when they need them. They’re also popular with practices as it allows them to work efficiently within a clinic environment, alongside our team who can use their clinical skills to benefit local people.
