MBPCC operate a Home Visiting Service in some of our PCN areas, to meet practices needs to spend more time in practice, and less driving between patients' homes.

Our highly trained team of dedicated home visiting paramedics are experts at closing episodes of care in partnership with the Patient’s “home” practice.
The team are booked by our practices to do visits; they visit and treat patients from 10am till 6pm, 5 days a week.
The service is popular with patients who get better access to home visits when they need them. They’re also popular with practices as it allows them to work efficiently within a clinic environment, alongside our team who can use their clinical skills to benefit local people.
