From Barrow to Downing Street: Euan Champions Disability Awareness

Euan Fones is completing his internship at Furness General Hospital and is currently working at the Barrow Community Diagnostic Centre.

He is a fantastic example of advocating for disability awareness and recently visited Downing Street to discuss employment opportunities and support for those with disabilities in the workplace: "I wanted to give people more of an insight into the fact that people with autism and learning disabilities are not just people that struggle all the time, or are lazy."

Euan is a great asset to the team and will be on placement until Saturday 6th June.
